Hello folks...

I have P4 2.0a 100MHz and a pc2700 ram modules that Sandra says it is XEROX MALABS, it says samsung on the memo itself...

I would like to syncronize the CPU with my memories..
Would someone give me some tips so i could perform this?

Thanks a lot.

It depends largely on what motherboard you have. Most likely you won't be able to synchronize that ram with the fsb of your cpu. In order to match the 400MHz fsb, the ram needs to run at DDR400 (PC3200).

Even if you can get your ram to overclock, you also need a motherboard that supports a 3:6 fsb:mem ratio. If you have an i845 board, you probably don't have that ratio. If you have an SiS 645DX (or 648), you might have that ratio. The only way to know is to dig in the bios.

My mobo is an Asus P4S333/C, chipset SiS645
Yea, I would have to oc the memo...hadn't thought about that...
I'll try getting some memo coolers, and then try the OC...

Thanks nways ;)
