IWill KA266R and AMD 1.33

Has anyone over clocked the 1.33 to a 1.4 on a IWILL KA 266R with PC2100 DDR successfully? If so please reply and give me the settings you used. I tried increasing the FSB to 140 and left the voltage at 1.75 and it worked fine for about a hour and then I got a Blue Screen with Memory Dump on it.
Thanks for any help anyone can give me, I am kinda new at this.

I have a ka-266-r mobo and a 1.2 266 cpu and Ive gone to 1460 with fsb at 146 and mult at 10

ran smooth as silk for 10+ hours strate with prime95 on

What did you have your voltage set at?

I have mine at 1.75. Should I have maybe gone a litter higher?
