Temp problems resolved - THX 2 you all

Hiya !

Just wanna say thanks for the help and give you a short update:

CPU is running at 34C while internetsurfing now.
Configuration below, CPU Cooler: Taisol CGK742092 with the fan of
a Global Win FOP32-1 + Arctic Silver II -- works fine.

PowerUnit Energmax 350W helps too !

Im glad that we all could help-i didnt post but, now you see what kinda people we are, and how much we try hwlp others-and at as soon as possibel cause no one wants a cpu doen for more than a day or 2

Now i ve got only 1 question left...how to overclock a CPU with the board ECS (elitegroup) KVZA Version 3.2b ?
There`s nothing much to change at bios or by jumper, can i do it with a software ?

CPUCool (www.podien.de) offers to change the FSB...could anyone help ?
