ID'ing Ram Type on BBATI Vid cards.......

Just curiouse is there any way to ID the Ram Type of a ATi Card without physicaly looking @ the Ram.

IE: with some program or what not Kinda like CPUID can tell you how much cashe is on your CPU & the type of chip it is ???
