Hi guys, found my problem at last, so now I would like to ask how far I can go...
Rightnow I have a 1.2Ghz which is running with 1.310Ghz atm (CPU Temp. is stable 51C). Got 256MB Micron 133Mhz RAM and Asus A7V133. As cooler I have a standard one which was sold to me with the CPU (running with 5000 RPM). I want to buy a good one cooler that week but wanted to experiment a little. But dye I dont want to kill my new CPU now, I would like to ask who already experimented with that system and what peak someone reached with that.
Data:
1.2@1.31Ghz
FSB: 100
Multiplier: 1.5
VCore: 1.5
RAM: 133Mhz
Some people are getting 1500 out of there 1200's but I wouldn't do anything until you get a better heatsink. A 1500 mhz processor puts out enough heat to cook itself in a blink of an eye. There are a lot of good coolers out there so do some research and see what suits you the best. The only thing I would look out for is 7000 rpm fans since they sound like a jet engine inside your case.

Errr, sorry, the multiplier is 12.5, not 1.5 :) (blame on me).
Ok, so far:
1.2TB@1.31
VooDoo4 4500 168@200
Micron 256 133Mhz
System settings:
Multiplier: 12.5
FSB: 100
VCore (Bios says 1.5, but Asus PCProbe says 1.85...strange)
RAM: 133Mhz
Temp: Stable 50C
Fan: NoName 5000RPM
So, how far can I get without losing my lovely CPU? :)). Btw, is that related to the OC system that I get 3DMark smoothly to run but after all tests it just quits without showing me the score or is that software side error?
Thanks for looking and answering :)

oK, afer a lot of testing I got:
At TB 1.2@1.38
Temp: Stable 52C
FSB: 138
Multiplier: 10
RAM: 256 @ 138Mhz
MB: Asus A7V133
VooDoo4 4500 168@193
FAN: NoNam@4500RPM
VCore: 1.5 (Bios says that it is 1.5 but Asus PC Probe says 1.8....strange..........)
This System is running smoothly without any problems. What do you think, can I get more with it with that fan or should I get something more out of my system with that fan or is there anything much to do. I get only 5216 3DMarks with that system now, I think its a way too low.....anyone could help??
Thanks a lot for answering..........
First, get a device that accurately measures your CPU temperature. It floors me that ASUS has such a bad temperature reporting system and yet people swear by them. With the proper memory, competent PSU and CPU temps between 35 and 45C, you can glide through 1.4G rather effortlessly. Getting to 1.5G takes a little more finess, but if my inexpensive 1G/266 AXIA can do it, a 1.2, 1.3, 1.33 or 1.4 should be able to just as easily.
