This is a screenshot of my Barton 2500+ OC'd in my Abit KX7-333R. It's running at 2.3 gigs, 1.85 volts. Prime95 has been running for 16 hours straight, with no crashes. I'm using a Vantec Aeroflow for cooling.

Hey thanks alot. This is a wicked page for information. I must say this Barton 2500 was a wicked investment. I paid 125 canadian, and it's preforming at the price of a 700+ processor. Just awesome. Do you think I could try for even higher? I'm kind of inclined to leave it at 2.3 though.

Perhaps it's just me, but is anybody else a little bit perplexed looking at his voltages? - 5 V rail showing + 1.39 V and - 12 V rail showing only - 7.17 V???

I suppose I should explain this. I'm using Mother Board Monitor version 4.18. This version is quite outdated. The only reason I use it, is becuase I hate version 5.xx. I'm also using an Antec TruePower 430Watt power supply. I'll install my Default Abit Hardware monitor software and post screen shots, with the actual voltage numbers. Thanks again.

These are readings for the negative rails which are notoriously inaccurate and of no relevance anyway except for maybe data communication.

Sweet overclock, what kind of RAM are you using in that system??

I've already got myself an AeroFlow and if I don't have to replace it when I upgrade then a 2500+ Barton sounds like it should be in my system! :D

I didn't see any temps posted, or maybe I'm stoopid and just missed them. If they look ok, bump it some more!

Nice o/c though! Welcome to the forums!

Ahh, your right. My temps were covered =) My system temp is 30, and cpu is 55 degrees under 100% prime95 load. I'm using Corsair XMS Memroy, Cas 2. It has silver heat spreaders and it is 2700.
