Can I run a T-Bird 1.3 with PC-100 mem ?
And how high should I be able to overclock a 1.3 ???

Probably...If you have a 1.3 designed for a FSB of 133 try to run the memory at 133Mhz (memory is 'certified' to run at the speed marked but often will far exceed the stated specs) if it works OK. If not you will either have to run your system at whatever fsb your system stays stable.
If you have a 1.3 designed for FSB of 100Mhz definitely.
If you haven't bought the ram yet go for the 133Mhz, Cas2 of a quality brand.
If you need more data include your system specs: Motherboard, CPU speed and "stepping code" and other cards.
Hope this clears up things a little. :)
