I was wondering how i should keep the shroud together after i cut it all out of the metal. Should i use some sort of type? I'd prefer not to have to weld, considering i do not have that type of machinary, i could ask the welding class at school to do it for me possibly, but i'd rather not. Is there any alternative that would keep the unit together well?
what about a hot glue gun?
or epoxy?
I'm sure strong sticky tape could work as well.

I used aluminium tape. Very strong and it looks great.

I got my aluminium tape (please note the extra i towards the end ;) ) in Maplins in the UK. Looks like that would be quite a trek for you though! One of you Merkins will have to comment on the stock at Home Depot.
