Well...it figures the CPU would arrive in the mail before the mobo or HSF...now I just have to sit here and drool!!! I had no idea how cool looking AMD CPU's are up close...being an Intel regular...kind of corny I know...but cool looking none the less.
Man those L1 bridges look pretty small!!! Gotta go buy a loop to see 'em clearly. I have the mysterious blue core which I know is not a sign of copper interconnects but I'm wondering if the chip was fabbed in Dresden or Texas?
Man...can't wait till the KT7A get's here...then the questions are gonna start...of course I luckily haven't purchased a sound card yet so I think I might have to avoid SBLive. Can't wait to fire up my first AMD!!!....and make that bugger FOLD!!!
