kingston hyperx 4000 good?

I was at frys today and saw them have this kingston hyperx 4000/512mb on sale for $109 AR. I sort of remember reading positive things about hyperx series so I picked up one. Came back home looking through the reviews the khx4000 didn't seem to get much good review. Should I return this stick and get something else instead? My corsair has been serving me well and I like their customer support, but at this price the kingston seems like a good deal?

Waste of money in your case

For AMD systems, PC4000 in general is a waste of money. You are much better off with low latency PC3200 like your Corsairs.

As for HyperX, it works fine on an Intel 875/865 board at 500 MHz, but it won't overclock much.
