Get the one with 266Mhz bus, and get an AXIA Version of it.

well i can't say anything about the 266 Athlons...i know i can make my athlon run at that...and o/c quite well...i have pushed my 900 with just a chrome orb over 1100...still waiting for my wbk38 to come in the mail so i can try for 1200.

For the same stepping code, they are a horse apiece. They just have their surface traces coded differently to accomodate different auto-detecting motherboards.

yep, if you have the same code, it doesn't really matter. Get the 200 i would say, they are cheaper.
