Heya,
Taking the advice from these forums, I went out and got myself one of those quiet Fortron PSUs (P300-60PN). I got it from NewEgg as a refurb for $17 shipped. Great deal, but since it is a refurb, I'm a little bit concerned about my voltage readings from Samurize/MBM:
12v: 12.0
5v: 4.96
3.3v: 3.26
Is this OK, or is my PSU a "refurb" for a reason?
Thanks!

It's just fine, actually very good.
Anyways, software monitoring is never too accurate. My 12V line changed .5V when I switched motherboards.

I second that.
Not on the software itself, but the sensors.
All programs monitored a 3.05-3.18 (load/idle) on the 3.3v line.
The 5v line was even worse, going below the 4.6 on average @ fulload.
Is a computer still able to run stable at those voltages? Well, mine was apparently, hihi :D
I dumped that PSU though and went for an Enermax433w.
Voltages were more stable now, but still low... too low for my likings so I decided to measure them myself.
Conclusion: voltages were fine and I measured the same flucutations between idle and load as well.
Makes me wonder how accurate the temp. readings are....
As long as it is stable, it is all fine for me.

That's great, thanks guys. I just wanted to be sure my refurb is good before my 15 days expires. It's pretty quiet as well!
