My NF7-S V. 2 won't boot.

It's been working great since July. I went to work and when I got home the screen was black. I turned it off and back on but nothing.

I shut it down, turned off PSU, removed battery and reset CMOS.
Still nothing--no beeps--black screen.

I reseated everything, cleared CMOS again and still no go.

I pulled everything out of it except CPU and video card, reset CMOS again--still nothing.

I swapped the 2500+ CPU with a 1600+ and didn't help.

I swapped the ATI 9700 Pro with a TI4600 and still no joy.

I swapped the memory and it didn't help either.

I changed the 350 Antec to a 430 True Power w/ no luck.

I have tested all components in another machine and they're all good.

What do you all think? Time to RMA?

Here's what I have:

NF7-S V.2 bios 1.6 running at default settings
2500+ Barton with no mods and not OC'd
2x512 Geil PC3500
ATI 9700 Pro AIW w/ 3.7's
Antec 350
WD 800 JB

Yeah it seems your mobo is dead :(

Does the board get power? Do you have a red led that's on...it means the mobo is getting power if the red led lights up if not, then it's dead. Check if your chassis' power switch is connected to the mobo and if it is check that is in the right place.

yeah, I have a red light and green light. No beeps.

I followed the troubleshooting procedure to the letter and went a little further by checking everything on another machine.

I just finished filling out the RMA request with Abit.

Guess it's back to my 8K3A+ for a little while.

Thanks for the reply.
