twinmos, diff chips diff prices...

I'm looking at getting some 512 3200 twins for a nf7-s. But when I looked I found two diff models:

Now that's quite a bit of difference in price, so I was wondering how much better the 8/18 chip was? Or should I spend even more and get the Twisters?

i think that ram is registered id go with the other stuff

yea it's ECC (Error Correction Code).
go with the cheap stuff.

They have TwinMos "winbond BH-5" chips, if you can afford that then i think its a good choice !!

Doh. They use to say TwinMos winbond BH-5 , since the site revision they only say TwinMos winbond............. Here .

Quite possible they have changed it ....... mabye CH-5 ??

I don't like my ch-5 altough they can do 230, but only @ 3.2v :/
