I'm looking at getting some 512 3200 twins for a nf7-s. But when I looked I found two diff models:

TwinMOS PC3200 DDR-DIMM 512MB CL2,5 ECC
- 32M*8/18chip, 184-P (for DDR-PC400MHz) 2
85.49

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

113518 TwinMOS PC3200 DDR-DIMM 512MB CL2.5
- Memory184-P (for DDR-PC400MHz) 10-19
66.89

(this is in UK)

Now that's quite a bit of difference in price, so I was wondering how much better the 8/18 chip was? Or should I spend even more and get the Twisters?

help me, i know nothing

TIA

They have TwinMos "winbond BH-5" chips, if you can afford that then i think its a good choice !!

Doh. They use to say TwinMos winbond BH-5 , since the site revision they only say TwinMos winbond............. Here .
