you can buy them at most auto stores like advanced auto parts , etc , I think mine was like 10.00 but you may also want to ask about a conductive pen , not really sure where you get these

Rear-window defogger repair kit. It's a HIGHLY conductive paint that is used to repair the thin lines that remove frost with heat found on the rear window of vehicles. I myself have used this paint to unlock my level one bridges on my Athalon AXIA 1GHz processor. I used the pencil trick first to test overclockability, and when I was satisfied, I purchased the paint and made my unlock permanent. Most auto-supply stores will carry this product. Mine cost around $14. The type I used is called, "Quick Grid Resin Repair" by the Loctite corporation. If you DO go this route, there are several articles that will show you, with pictures, how to unlock your AMD processor.
