Does A7N8X work with Tbird CPU?

I think I my mobo just fried yesterday, after a brief period of something burning, my mobo for some reason keep on booting on itself after turn on powersupplly without even pressing the power button, tried power sw no works. This is the Abit Kt7A raid btw.

So anyway, I'm about to get a Asus A7n8X and was wondering if this will work with my Tbird 1.3ghz? Please advice. Thanks.

yes, any cpu that fits in that socket will work with it(dont know about athlon mp, maybe). anywhere from duron 550 to athlon xp 3200.
