hp oem replacement issue

Wouldnt you know it...I finally found a board to replace my asus a7m266-m oem hp board(micro atx) and I have come across a problem with the oem power supply. seems hp thought it would be cute and very emachines like(blech) to have a psu that has this little extra three pin connector that powers the psu fan. the new biostar board i found doesnt have this connector. I dont think I can replace the oem psu because i have no space for a new one. sure i could hunt around ebay and such for something a bit better but I have no patience for these things. what the f***! never again will i buy a system from one of the major pc manufacture. if anybody that works for hp is reading this...you guys suck balls!!!
