why aren't you considering the Abit NF7-S v2.0?

if you absolutely have to choose one of the two, get the Gigabyte.

How / why did you narrow it to those 2? Neither is likely in the top few nForce2 m/b's. I would say if you must choose one, take the Soltek.

No OC'ing!?! Then what are you doing on this board?

Seriously though, if not looking at OC'ing I would recommend an MSI nForce2 m/b.

I've got a Biostar M7NCD PRO coming by the end of the week.
Have you considered that one?
BTW, there is a rebate on till the end of Oct. I got it for $57 freight paid(after rebate)

has to be a board from that shop mplex.com ( very close to where i live ) and must be amd, cause i got him a xp2400 from there
