The OCZ Copper Gladiator is no doubt not just one of the best hsf's out there it is by far the best value. In two recent hsf round-ups its been on top. First at athlonoc... http://www.athlonoc.com/hsfroundup1.php
Then, at Dans data... http://www.dansdata.com/coolercomp.htm
For 30 bucks there is no doubt that it is the best hsf.

Has AthlonOC ever rated anything from OCZ badly?

The Gladiator certainly does not get the fanfare it deserves, but in higher wattage OC setups (>75W), I somehow doubt it will hold its own with the MC-462A. There are certainly a lot of OC setups out there in the 50-75W range though, and at ~$30.00, it fills the gap between the low-end performers and the high-end performers.

There are plenty of better HSF's out there

CAK38
MC462
Millenium Glacaitor
Maybe even the WBK38
