i am the proud owner of a pc p&c 510w deluxe. I have set all my rails at 12.00v, 5.00v, and 3.3v with a multimeter under load(as close as i could get). I was wondering if raising them so mbm5 or bios would read the same, would this increase stability for an overclock? Which rail determines cpu vcore, stability, etc? 12v, 5v? Would 12.10v be better than 12.00 in an overclock situation, etc? Right now i have a p4 2.4b @ 3.33ghz 1.7vcore. Thanks for replies:D

No, you want the rails right where they should be under 100% load.

On an AMD system the 5V supplies Vcore. On new Intel systems the 12V supplies Vcore.

Your multimeter is more accurate than MBM. Adjust MBM to read what you DMM does, if you want, or just ignore its fluctuations and/or slight misreporting and know that your rails are stable.
