my problem is that i cant seem to overclock my CPU
it dont matter how much i change the multiplier.it goes back to 700 at boot up-----usually if the connection is not made on bridge of L1 the computer wont boot..but with this.it dont matter...it boot regularly.....and no matter wat the multiplier is....does that help?????/

redo the connections. had a similar problem with my tbird, was always booting at 1 gig for a bit, had to redo the bridges twice to get it to work properly at the overclocked speed.

your bridges are not crossed properly. Remember that you will only be able to multiplier overclocking as your chipset will only go to about 110mhz.
