I know the 1 gighertz and 1.333 are good any others?

well if you plan to go to watercooling or vapochill, I would get the high dollar chips, like the 1.4 or the MP, but aircooling will get you max 1.5 or so. and most 1ghz AXIA and AVIA will get you there, why waste your money? that is my 2 cents. Check out this article about the overlooked but awesome AVIA http://www.cluboverclocker.com/reviews/cpu/amd/avia_1000/index.htm

with air cooling your best chance is a 1.33. Althought many 1 and 1.2s get there, they can be iffy. If you have water, get whatever you want.

1.5Ghz and air cooling is possible. The processors that are most likely to get you there are those with a premium stepping code...what is often overlooked is what is the first character of the third line..a letter in this position is more likely to get you to a higher clockspeed.

Any of the following codes with the first character of the third line a letter, may get you to 1.5Ghz providing that you only have the absolute best in cooling:

'AVIA', 'AXIA', AXIAR', 'AYHJA'

The pattern above is least likely to most likely.

Remember, keep the processor as well cooled as possible..This means nothing but the top two or three air coolers, or water cooling.

Mine is an AYHJA 1333 with a "y" and no problems to 1500. in fact I can get over 1600. 1575 (10.5x150) is where I have it for now, waiting on a Glaciator.
