we all know that the BXHA's are the duds of the Socket A 1.2GHz+ crop, but still I think I should be able to get some more speed out of it. As it is, I can run up into the 1280's, but any higher and i get random lockups and errors in Windows. It seems to be completely independent of FSB, as I run fine at 1233 (8.5*145) as well as 1266 (9.5*133). I can boot consistently at 1305MHz (9*145) but get errors and lockups in every game.

I know that BXHA's suck, but I can't help but think I am doing something wrong.

Specs:
1.2GHz BXHA T-Bird
KT7A-RAID running BIOS ZT1.11+
Thermosonic Black Thermoengine w/Delta 7K fan
256MB Micron 2-2-2 @ 145MHz CAS2
2x 30gb IBM 75GXP in RAID 0
GeForce 2 Ultra @ 280/510
SB Live! X-Gamer 5.1
Pioneer DVD-106S
Plextor PW161040A
10/100 NIC and Internal DSL modem

yeah...RAID 0 doesnt like overclocking but if the FSB isn't overclocked it shouldn't have a problem, right? It runs fine at 145MHz (any higher and my RAM becomes the limit).

I've tried all sorts of voltages...right now I'm running at 1.75 because at my current speed it doesn't make any difference.

All of the BIOS settings are aggressive, although it doesn't seem to make a difference whether i lower them or not. I have tried other BIOS's as well.

So what's the deal? Is it just the ****tiness of the BXHA or am i doing something wrong?
