133 X 8.5!?
I would change the HSF before going into higher ground. Your temps seem OK now. I went to 52C at idle with my coolermaster HSF it was 1.33 AXIA@1.33.

KA, Before you embark on overclocking, you should really evaluate your cooling system..Your HSF and case cooling needs to be carefully examined.
Since you're starting out with such a fast processor your thermal loads will most likely render your HSF inadequate before you achieve a satisfatory result.
You should strongly consider a cooler with a C/W rating of 0.2 or less. This will assist you in achieving a successful overclock.
Download, install and update the newest version of Radiate..the link is on the front page. This will give you an idea as to what your HSF needs are..Don.t forget case cooling, as the best HSF can be rendered useless by an inefficient case cooling solution.
Read all of the the latest articles on the site about the thermal loads of T-birds at various clockspeeds and voltages. No one can overclock your system for you, you are the one that will determine your ultimate level of success..the information is out there.
If this post sounds somewhat vague, that is because I intended it to be vague. Overclocking is more about knowledge, perseverance and experimentation than it is about a given instruction set.

Please suggest good HSF! By the way my case has 2 intake fans in front of case and 2 exhaust fan in back of case excluding PSU is that good!

The Millenium Thermal Solutions copper Glaciator is a fine sink, with a low preceived noise level. This is probably the best combination of price, low noise and performance.
The ThermalRight SK-6 is a fine performer, but it requires the Delta 38CFM fan for optimal performance. Then there is the high dollar solution..The Swiftech MC462-A..a great performer albeit at a high price. I'm sure that other posters will chime in with other excellent suggestions.
As for your case cooling solution consisting of the five fans, I cannot say with any level of certainty whether this is adequate. It is largely dependant on placement and airflow. How are you case temperatures in comparison to your ambient room temperature?
I'm really trying to help, not stir up any emotion. These are merely things that we need answers to, so as to best assist you.
