Keep my Forton 350 or get a 530?

Im upgrading to a new p4 system, going to run an overclocked 2.4 @ 3ghz, just need to know if I should upgrade to a 530, or something lower to save cash, or just to leave this 350? Thanks


Woops forgot to add about what devices I will be using, along with my video card, will have dual pc3200 ram, 2 hard drives, cdr and dvd rom. 5 case fans as well as my heat sink.

i think it will be fine with the 350

It will probably run it, but it may not have an easy time of it. OCed P4s draw alot of power on the 12v rail.
