Problem with overclocking iwill motherboard with a hercules geforce 3
Upgraded from a Abit kt7a-raid motherboard to a Iwill kk266-r motherboard.
With the Abit motherboard could overclock cpu to 1450mhz and run 3dmark2001 no problem also could overclock geforce 3 with no problems.
Had to change to a Iwill motherboard because you could overclock the cpu more, so i sold my Abit board.
After installing components and programs i booted up at 1466mhz tryed running 3dmark2001 but crashed out on first test.
After altering cpu speed the only way i could get a benchmark was to set the cpu speed down to 1333mhz not very good is it ?
Any idears on how to get a beeter overclock and benchmark.
1ghz axia chip at 10*133 (1333mhz)

256mb of pci133 cas 2 ram
cpu temp run at 45c at load
