I just installed an 80mm tornado on my SK-7, I used the biggest clips it came with (for 38mm fans). It was a pain to get on and required alot of stretching from those clips. Now that its on though, it feels solid as a rock and the fan doesn't even wanna budge.

Did anyone else notice how tight the clips are?
My 80x25mm clips felt tight, but not quite this tight.

I'm afraid some day the clips will snap from the amount of strain and my tornado will fall off while the comp is running, that would suck.

You think the clips are strong enough?(I mean, they are made for 38mm, they should be)

Mine were the same way. They didn't feel right, like I was forcing it, but it works.

I noticed there were 2 different ways to put the clips on the heatsink, one way was extremely tight, while the other was a decent fit. It has to do with the holes on the heatsink being farther apart on one side. I used the smaller ones for my 80mm fan and it feels snug but can be adjusted if need be.

Edit: I assume the larger ones should be a tight but not too tight fit for the thicker fans, but I've never tried it.
