When I click on the double box in upper right hand corner of screen to resize my windows screen it causes the screen to shrink to nothing. I am unable to resize the screen it either goes from minimize to maximize. I cannot resize to anything in the middle. How do I reset that?

Get the program into non-maximized mode (that's the "Restore" setting...or partial screen), click on the Maximize button, or double click the title bar...it will apparently disappear from the screen.
Go to the icon on the task bar, right click on it, and type "M" for Move.
Use the arrow keys to move to the left or down. Once you start moving with the arrow keys, the mouse becomes active for the movement. Use the mouse to move the window into view.
If that didn't work, then the window is probably sized 0x0. Again right click on the icon and type "S" for Size. Again use the arrow buttons first to try to resize the main window. :)

You could also try right clicking on the task bar, and selecting "Cascade windows". That should reset everything.

The window had been resized to 0x0. I resized per your instruction and it's back to normal.
Thanks!
