If i want to overclock some pc3700 but the max voltage on my board is 2.8v!! If i flash the bois with up date how likely is it i am going to have the option of a higher voltage?

Not You wont, youll have to make a Vmod depending of which mobo youre using

Ive never done one but ive seen some pics dont remember where of how to make it on a MSI Kt3ultra...

that mod is for the cpu voltage(not the ram)ill look for the mod and post for ya
