Program that cools, pls assist me in finding

What I am actualy looking for was on the home page but I can no longer find it. This progam allowed you to go in and make a change to allow the processor to go in to a full idle. I cant remember the name but know with all the brains in here you guys can help me find it. Thank for all the help.

I have one that you can press the pause key to have it go into full idle, ya want it?

This might be what your looking for change register 52 and it allows your cpu to idle properly.
