Most ppl will suggest the MSI K7D master. It has voltage adjustments, FSB up to 150, and multiplyer adjustment in the bios. It's highly praised by ppl here and at 2CPU.com. It's also less expensive than some other decent duallie boards like the Chaintech or Iwill.
