I just bought a 1.33GHz AMD T-Bird with a IWill KA266R and 256 megs of DDR memory. I have a SuperMicro Full tower case it has 3 intake fans and one exhaust fan, and a Hercules GeForce3. This is the first computer I am going to try to over clock. What should I do first. I also have heard that you need to unlock the T-Bird chip some how, if you could let me know how to do that and if you have any suggestions for me (besides learn how to spell) it would be great.

Welcome to the forum.
You may have to unlock your T-Bird's level 1 bridges, details of how to do this can be found at Here (http://www.overclockers.com/tips402/) .The beginners guides which are found on the front of overclockers.com are a good place to start understanding what task is ahead should you decide to start overclocking.
You should ensure that you have a good power supply in your case ( a minimum of 300 watts, although a 400 watt or higher is a better idea if your running those fans of the power supply ) and a good hsf (heat sink fan) as the T-Birds can get quite warm.. If you want specific advice please try to tell us as much as you can about your computer and tempratures in degrees centigrade
