These O/C results pertain to a 2.4C with an ASUS P4C800-E with 4 -512 3200 DDR Samsung memory sticks.
Heatsink: Thermalright SLK-900U with
Heatsink Fan: Vantec Tornado 90mm running at 7 volts.
Fan controller: Zalman ZM-MFC1 multi-fan controller
Case fans: four Thermaltake Smart Fan 2 case fans
Power Supply: Enermax EG651P-VE(FMA) with two fans.
Harddrive: Maxtor 160 GB with an 8 MB cache
Video Card: ATI Radeon 9800 Pro with 128 MB
Video Card O/C: Powerstrip 400 engine o/c 360 memory o/c

Some final comments;
At the 5:4 memory ratio, I generally stay at the 250 CPU ext. freq. for day to day operations (as a patent searcher) for a bus speed of 1000, CPU then is 3.0. At this o/c I can keep the VPU Vcore at the default of auto. Memory settings are 2.5/3/3/5 with DDR voltage of 2.65. My benchmark results with this are slightly lower:

I’ve been playing with 3:2 memory ratio a little bit, and I find my limits are around 270 CPU external frequency for a bus speed of 1080, and CPU at 3.245. At this o/c my memory adjustments are 3/3/3/8 with a DDR voltage of 2.65. I also have to bump the CPU Vcore up to 1.6
With the Thermalright heatsink and Vantec Tornado (running at 7V) I find marginal increases in the CPU temperatures under load. At idle with/without o/c I usually run around 17C – 23C (my room ambient temp is usually around 23C). The CPU temp peaks around 30C (using ASUS Probe or MBM). I think the ASUS Probe or MBM is reading about 7C low. That would put peak my CPU temps around 37C. I usually keep the case fans at their lowest dial setting on the Zalman multi-fan controller, with the CPU Tornado fan running on the 7V setting of 7V/12V toggle switch.
With power strips adjustments for an increase of 400 to engine clock, and 360 to memory clock. I find no artifacts in any gaming or bench mark displays. It’s probably a little on the conservative o/c.
I find this a pretty good chip coupled with a fine motherboard from ASUS. I’m happy with my overclocking results. I have been running for several months now, with no problems.
My last comment: don't bother buying the "CardCooler" for addition cooling. With my tests it doesn't provide any temperature drop on board or cpu. With my case having two lower intake fans, and two upper rear exhaust fans, plus the two fans in the power supply, I expect the "CardCooler" is disrupting the clean flow (front - back) with it's perpendicular air flow with the two 92mm fans blowing directly at the motherboard. Maybe it might cool your video card and Ram a little better with more active air flow directed at them, but generally, the increase in noise and the perpendicular disrupted air flow with the "CardCooler" , doesn't relate to any additional cooling for the CPU or the motherboard.
