What should i get for my computer

i am going to build my computer around christmas and was wondering what Video card i should get, i was looking at the 9800Pro and the 9800XT. Will there be anything better then this colse to christmas???

probably not. I'd get the 9800Pro and use the rest of the money on something else useful.

that will take a long long time. halfway through next year, with new motherboards and everything.

by that time, the R420 will be out.

If you can, maybe get a 9800 non pro, overclock it to pro speeds, and get a DVD burner, which is getting quite cheap.
