Tbird Wattage

Can someone tell me how to calculate the wattage of a tbird. Also, Does anyone know of a good resource that explains how to increase your vcore above 1.85v?

About going over 1.85 your going to have to give us your mobo vitals, i dont know how to personally but im sure there is someone out there.
