I have been doing research and they are both said to be the best. What is better the OCZ Gladiator HSF (i saw this at www.tweaktown.com) or the ThermoEngine (www.3dcool.com) both claim to be the best out there. Price is not a factor, so if you have other suggestions i just want to keep it under or around $40. Thanks
