Need some feedback please

MSI 865PE NEO2-FIS2R

reviews of this board look good, I plan to buy this or an IS7G refurbed from newegg. Price of the MSI refurbed is good at 79, I do not want to spend more on an IC7 Abit board but will consider the IS7G

For those who have MSI is it a decent board , as this would be my first step towards putting a P4 system together

All I can say is be careful with refurb mobos. I got the MSI 875P Neo from newegg refurbs, and it's dead as a doornail. If they work I'm sure they're pretty sweet. I know that you can overvolt the memory to 3.2V, which a lot of boards can't do.
