3 sunon 80mm fans intake at the bottom front and side
80mm exhaust behind cpu/below ps
92mm exhaust above ps
120mm exhaust on top of case
any suggestions on placement or fan sizes? will that be enough air in and out? or should i go for a 1.2 tbird. 15$ more but i dont think ill have to buy anything to unlock it (defogger stuff).

1.2 for $15 more is a good buy i'd say, based on it maybe being unlocked, i would. also, maybe you're a bit overboard on the fans. don't forget, they're using voltage. thats personal preference tho.
i'd think keeping an open case a better option.
you did'nt say what vid card... i'd look for a GeForce 32mb DDR.
as an alternative to all those wattage sucking fans, you'd do much better by watercooling. but the OCZ seems a decent choice from what i've seen.

ok... here goes... for fan placement, try to achieve a slight positive pressure in the case, (air tends to leave any opening) this will keep dust to a minimum, and make the cooling more efficient. Also, if your fan on the heatsink is blowing onto the sink, place a fan over it blowing fresh air in.... if its sucking, reverse the fan, and have it exhaust the hot air from the case. I would set the 120 to the front intake if possible, place an 80 at the bottom of the side panel to intake........ screw it ! see pic

cool thanks for the pic. would it not be better to have negative pressure on the inside? having more out than coming would force air into the case wouldn't it? if it was higher inside than out wouldn't it cause an exhaust problem and keep hot air inside the case?
