Q about CL2 and CL3 on PC133 mem

getting some new mem for an old computer, I see sticks of 512 mbs for about 70-80$ range, some have no mention of this CL2/3, some are CL2, and some are CL3.

this is a cheapo, web serfing computer for a friend nothing special needed, just wondering what it is.

And with all the varieties out there, can I go too wrong as long as its PC133. (thats what is has now).

CL2 is faster, but for a "cheapo, web serfing computer", you could probably go with some heaper CAS3 stuff.
