Two questions, pls:

1. The ddr-400 has a timing of cl-3, and the ddr-333 has a timing of cl=2.5. Which one is better? Should I go for the faster cl or the HZ?

2. I just bought a NFS-7S. I will definitely try to o/c my CPU to run at 200MHZ. Should I use ddr-400 or ddr-300?

Thx. Regards.

1. Depends on your platform. AMD systems benefit from tight timings whereas Intel systems do better at higher FSB. However, with that much of a gap, the DDR400 would probably be better. And, I wouldn't be surprised if it could run CL2.5 (it might require a little more voltage)

2. Get some PC3500. It's only a little more expensive than PC3200 but is rated to run at 217MHz. The NF7-S is capable of running speeds of 230MHz FSB without mods and with them, people can get close to 250.
