Video Card clocks not showing right???

These are the clocks that 3DMark03 is picking up.

VGA Memory Clock 702.0 MHz
VGA Core Clock 300.9 MHz

I have it set at

VGA Memory Clock 800 MHz
VGA Core Clock 400 MHz

Is there some reason it isn't seeing the right core clocks??

I use Riva Tuner.
I have set it to start up in that core clock, Restarted it and every thing I could think of even reinstalled the drivers.
Using Det 45.23.

Funny thing is it is picking up the OC of my CPU.

the fx series cards use 2d and 3d modes with differant clock speeds. when 3dmark opens it takes the reading of system specs. the card is in 2d mode at this time, and thats why it's showing the lower clock speeds!

Ok, So it won't read the 3d Specs?
Because I have it set on the 3d Specs.

Or Do I have to OC in 2d mode to get 3Dmark to read it right?
I think that is what your saying.?
