in my case. The heat doesnt hold me back 44 full load.
I have vio at 3.7 and vcore at 1.85 but it wont handle a sandra benchmark. I have the 0426 bios should i try the latest? The highest I can go is 1388Mhz 9.5 146 so why not 1400 I have tested everything but she wont make it please help me with some overclocking tips

U are saying that ur temps are 44C at full load @ 1333 and 1.75V. What are ur temp's @ 1388MHz and 1.85V?

that chip should do at least 1450mhz, have you tried tweaking your BIOS? certain settings there can help alot. Heat may be your enemy. Case mods?
I dont have any case fans yet but I have the case open and all windows in my room too. So the mobo temp is 25c and full load temp at 1388 around 45-46 c. What settings is the bios should I use to get the higest overclock. And will she go higer after a burn in.

U should try different settings in bios to find out witch one is the best. I think she could go higher after some burn-in, but nothing is promised. I think u should try some burn-in though, it can't hurt.
Also do u use AS2?
I have tried alot of settings for example 10x140 9.5x150 8.5x165 but nothing works. And i dont use AS2 but if you thing it could help I can buy it. Iam running 1333 at 1.75v and default vio and I think its strange that I cant run 1400 its only 67 Mhz after all.

Let me be the first to tell you that my last 18mhz cost me over $100. Each step you take WILL cost you more than you think if you do it right. I really think Artic Silver 2 is well worth it's weight in gold. Please use it!! The better the goodies you have in your box, the better the O/C, so if you have sub-standard hardware, do not expect a huge overclock. Before my chip was really burned in, I had to raise my voltage pretty high to get a decent O/C. Now 2 months later I can get a good O/C with minimal voltage increase. But remember, when you up the voltage, you need better cooling cause that little 'bird will get hot and not like Demi Moore hot. Have you tried the WPCREDIT/WPCRSET trick in your registry to cool things down? If not you can get these files at http://www.tweakfiles.com Remember that website, any good file you will ever need is there. Any help you need with this I or anybody that has been on here for any length of time can help you. Also do some research on the front page of this site and others to find all the tricks to get that kick-a$$ O/C that everybody wants. Good Luck!!
I have a 1200 AVIA-9 and at 1.85v it won't do more than 1380. This seems to be about your same result. I increased the voltage to 1.95v and got 1425 with 50C load temps using a Glaciator. I tried 2.05v but only got to around 1450 which wasn't worth the higher CPU temp (went up to 54C). To run at 1425 I run 5 case fans + the PSU fan which keeps my case at room temp. It's a bit noisy now and I have considered dropping to 1380/1.85v so that I can remove some of the fans or maybe slow them down to 7v.
Like TranceBear said, the AS2 is required if u want to make full use of ur HSF. I think the AS2 will help u a lot! Try it and let's see what happens.
