Can any one tell me if theirs a free ftp sight builder? My cable provider allows web space but it doesn’t have any free builder.

are you a beginner and have never done this before? I have a very simple but a few years old app thats on my site if you are interested.
Otherwise if you know how to use HTML then practice your skills by handwriting the code via Notepad

Simply use Notepad or a text editor to write the HTML code (plenty guides online, and plenty books around on this) or use a program like MS Word which a lot of people have and can be used to build webpages. Then use FTP to place the pages in your webspace, naming the starting page index.htm, index.html, default.htm or default.html.
