I go into BIOS but i can not find the sections so that i can change the memVolt or the FBS... any idea's?

Change AI overclock tuner from Auto to Manual. Options will open up under it for FSB and voltages. Make sure you lock the PCI/AGP at 66/33 if you overclock at all. Good luck.
