OCing A7N8X-VM

I really have a severe problem: My aobo has an AMI-bios. This means that I can not change any frequency or voltage settings with my bios.
So why shouldn't I just use CPUFSB??? The sad answer is: I HAVE NO IDEA WHICH PLL I HAVE TO CHOOSE. I actually can't find the correct one on by board...
So if anybody knows which PLL is on my board or how I could oc my CPU in another way: PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!!

On the same subject, are there hacked/improved BIOS'es for this MB. As i REALLY HATE!!!!!! the way they've done it one this one..

Call me a control freak, but if I want to underclock, overclock, or what ever, I want to be able to!

And how can you test if RAM is incompatible when you have no RAM setting to mess around with?
