power unit has a fan blowing down on to cpu and i have put a fan above power unit as another extraction and a small fan on the bottom blowing up next to the intake.v core =1.78
cpu fan 4428-4500
cpu temp on boot=40-45
cpu after 2 mins= 35-40
cpu when online and playing games=45-52 !!!!
i have a lot of problems with the heat when playing games even 1 - 2 times os does not load

and i get the old blue screen errors
when i turned it on the otherday i my cpu was at 81 c !!!!!
after reset it changed to th usual
i am buying a new hs and fan but do not know what to get...
i am not really interesyed at oc my cpu yet as i do not really need to but i just want my system to run alot cooler

i have resided to an office fan blowing in to my case but it's rather annoying to say the least.

Welcome to the Forum, I think that the main bit of advice everyone would offer is change the standard HSF, they never seem up to the job. I had major heat problems until I changed the HSF, and am awaiting delivery of a ThermoEngine V60-4210 which should help me overclock more.
On the main page of overclocker.com is a link to heatsink reviews that may help you decide a better hsf to the one you already have. Also a decent thermal paste such as Artic Silver can reduce CPU temps by a few more degrees in combination with a new HSF

I use a Swiftech MC462 with Delta Fan and Artic SIlver II thermal paste. It is expense but worth it, however it seems the new king of the hill is the Millenium Glaciator. You will find it under the reviews on the home page of this site. The review has a link to the order page. It's less than $40 with shipping. Good luck and enjoy. You might also want to look at case cooling later, but first try a new HSF.
