What's the difference? NF7 & NF7-S v2.0

What other differences are there between these other than the NF7-S has SATA? v2.0 in each O/C the same don't they? Thanks.

The NF7-S also the soundstorm chip onboard. Meaning dolby digital 5.1 channel suround sound. The NF7 also has 5.1 channel but its not that great.

NF7.....basic version.
NF7-M...onboard GF4 MX graphics, no SATA, no Soundstorm (has onboard sound, just not SS)
NF7-S....SATA150, Soundstorm audio, no onboard graphics.

The only other thing that I can add is that the rev2.0 are guranteed to hit 200fsb thats all.
