I have a choice of memory, of course I'm looking for the godly BH-5 chips but I doubt I have chance of getting one.

1st choice:

OCZ Dual Channel Series
PLATINUM Edition
PC3200 EL 512MB (2x256)
DDR Ram 400MHz CL 2-2-3
with PLATINUM Heat Spreader
Sku: 16515
Model: OCZ400512ELDCPE-K

2nd choice:

KINGSTON HyperX Dual Kit
PC3200 512MB (2x256) DDR Ram
400MHz Low Latency CL 2-2-2
with Aluminum Heat Spreader
Sku: 16144
Model: KHX3200K2/512

Prices are rather similar, the hyper X is more. Which one would you get and why? And also, based on the 2-2-2 timings that kingston has and based on the Model number do you think that this is BH-5 or CH-5? Also from the model number, is the kingston revison A or not? I heard revision A was bad.

From what reseller are you planning on buying?

OCZ Memory does not ship any more with BH-5 memory. Most OCZ memory uses either Winbond CH-5 or Hynix D43 chips. With CH-5 used in most of their PC3200/PC3500 (I believe) and D43 used in their higher-rated PC3700/PC4x00, not entirely sure which get which.

Kingston HyperX 3200 rated 2-2-2 and with a model # of KHX3200K2/512 (Assuming this is an up-to-date model #) should have BH-5 chips. Winbond CH-5 chips are used in their 2-3-2 rated KHX3000AK2/512 memory (That's where the A revision takes it's name).

If what you want is Winbond BH-5 memory, then the HyperX 3200K2/512 would be your best bet given the above choices. There are also other possibilities of finding BH-5 memory (at differing qualities), they are listed in the sticky :)

I'm going to get them from http://www.dangeo.com (a local computer store). I want the old BH-5 chips who overclock really well. Muskin is my other alternative but it costs 65$ more plus S/H and wait time. I'll give them a call and see if they know for sure if this is the "sweet" BH-5 everyone wants.

I would recommend you hold off for a week or two until the new OCZ PC3500 Platinum LtdEd. come out. They supossedly are using BH-5 ICs.
