AMD 1.2Ghz 266 or 1.3Ghz 200 ????

I would like to know wich one is better !??
should i buy a 1.2ghz 266 ? or a 1.3ghz 200 ???
Without overlcocking wich one is faster ?
and if i want to overlcock wich one is better ???

Without Overclocking: 1.2/266

With Overclocking: About the same.

I would say the 1.3, it will probably be unlocked in which case you can drop the mult to 10 and (if you have the right mobo) raise the fsb to 133mhz, so basically you will have a 1.33 266. I have a 1.0 200 at 1200 266 by doing that.
