I found this on newegg:
KINGSTON KVR333X64C25/512 512MB 32x64 PC2700 DDR RAM
for just $78
Link

Here are the specs of my PC:
Athlon XP 2100+
Asus A7V8X mobo
Nvidia Geforce3, TI-200, 128mb Video Card
2 HDDs (80gig, 40gig)
not overcloked yet, need better cooling, but have tried overcloking before geting to about 2.1ghz.

So is this good memory for the price? Good for overcloking?

Edit: If i go with this, i'll get 2 sticks to have 1gig.

Looks OK to me if your not expecting high overclocks and agressive memory timings. Kingston is always good ram. A lot like Crucial Micron.
